- Pioneer the industry in leading edge technologies through the selected “technology demonstration programs”.
Our department’s mission is to:
- Provide application oriented undergraduate and graduate education that prepares students for being future leaders in business, academia and industry to solve future as well as current engineering problems collaboratively in a competitive and dynamic society;
- Encourage individual development while emphasizing the importance of teamwork in multidisciplinary mechanical engineering environment; fostering academic excellence and lifelong learning;
- Encourage research and development activities in both undergraduate and graduate level that will generate creative solutions to complex engineering problems and contribute to scientific and technological development of society and civilization.
